The One stop Capital Shop offers the following services at no charge:

In order to further assist clients, the One Stop Capital Shop houses a Business Information Center (BIC) in all its office locations. The BIC provides free access to the latest computer hardware and software technology, including the Internet. The BIC is comprised of an extensive small business reference library of hard copy books, publications, and current management video tapes. A BIC is available to help entrepreneurs plan their businesses, expand existing operations, or venture into new enterprises. The availability of software for a variety of business applications offers clients of all types a means for addressing diverse needs.
