IPC personnel are experienced in manufacturing and manufacturing management. IPC utilizes all available resources to provide services required by client and coordinates this activity to a successful conclusion. IPC is a component of Center Operations and Community Services (COSERVE) at The University of Texas-Pan American and can offer services in marketing, finance, training, economic development, manufacturing and international trade.
