IPC works with valley manufacturers by providing the following services:

• Database of valley manufacturers.
• Assisting valley manufacturers in marketing their services and products.
• Assistance through CoSERVE in training, education, financial counseling, business planning and seminars.
• Assist maquiladoras to minimize impact due to NAFTA regulations after 2001.
