The mission of UTPA Industrial Partnership Center (IPC) is to assist manufacturers and suppliers by providing services to aid them in qualifying as vendors in a global manufacturing environment. |
Industrial Partnership Center also provides services to maquiladoras by providing a supplier database and by the recruiting of needed suppliers. In the education area the center supports the post-secondary and secondary education systems in the area of advanced technical training. |
